Welcome to The ASR
The Australian Society of Rheology is open to all who are practicing, or have an interest, in the field of Rheology. There are no formal requirements for entry. We are privileged to number amongst our members leading Australian Rheologists from both Academic and Industrial backgrounds. The membership of the ASR is drawn from academic, government, commercial and industrial backgrounds and as such provides a strong and broad base of rheological knowledge. We are also delighted to have a number of overseas members. A principal aim of the Society is to form a bridge between academic research and industry. |

| The rheology community was rocked in February with the sudden passing of a beloved friend and colleague Assoc. Prof. Howard See of the University of Sydney. Howard has made an outstanding contribution to both the Australian Society of Rheology and the wider academic community and will be sadly missed.
