The fifth Australian-Korean Rheology was held in Sydney, Australia from 1st to 4th November 2009. The conference was organised by the Australian Society of Rheology and the University of Sydney. The next AKRC is planned to be held in Korea in 2011.

This conference showcases the broad field of statistical physics and all its interdisciplinary developments, and culminates in the awarding of the esteemed Boltzmann medal, the highest recognition in the field of statistical physics.

Fifth Pacific Rim Conference on Rheology

Hokkaido University, Sapporo, Japan. August 1-6, 2010.

The fifth Pacific Rim Conference on Rheology (PRCR-5) will be held in Sapporo, Japan in 2010. Since 1994, PRCR has been organized by Australian/Asian Societies as a periodic, major International Rheology conference, thereby contributing to progress in the wide field of rheology.
